This week, Inc. editor-at-large Maria Aspan interviews Jonathan Neman, co-founder and CEO of the fast casual restaurant business Sweetgreen. Neman dishes on meeting his co-founders in college, asking everyone they knew for money to get the company off the ground, and expanding from one Georgetown location to become a national chain.

Next, Ledbetter interviews Wall Street Journal reporter Keach Hagey, author of the recently published book The King of Content: Sumner Redstone's Battle for Viacom, CBS, and Everlasting Control of His Media Empire. Hagey discusses how the media mogul first came to power, and the family drama that ensued over the years.

Finally, I discuss my interview with Stacey Abrams, the Democratic candidate for governor of Georgia. Prior to launching her campaign, Abrams co-founded and ran operations for a small business payments platform called NowAccount. The experience continues to influence her political positions--including her call to expand access to capital for small businesses in the South.
